Dryseal domestic success in DublinBlackheath Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin

This new ‘warm’ roof domestic extension was built in June 2014, to roof a pleasantly curved ground floor room with access to the garden via a new timber decking area. The architect was determined to use Dryseal because of the strength of the insured 20 year guarantee. The use of Dryseal rather than a ‘wet lay’ GRP roof membrane saved on the cost of an extra layer of plywood which is necessary with ‘wet lay’ for protection of the insulation boards.

The builder Michael Bredican was particularly keen to have this project looking good, as he is a neighbour of the home owner. Michael was so pleased with the quality and finish of Dryseal, he has since placed a further order for another house on the same road to be completed in early 2015.

Another success for P Q Fibreglassing and Dryseal.
